Travel video about destination Mexico City in Mexico. Mexico City is a vivid metropolis and cosmopolitan city situated on a plateau in the central highlands at an altitude of 2, 286 metres, where the food is spicy and the Tequila flows freely! The city's fascinating history is reflected in both its art and architecture with age old charm, Indian roots and elegant buildings. Until the Spanish conquest, the Templo Mayor was the setting of coronations and human sacrifice. The remains of the walls within which thousands of priests once lived are only a few steps from the buildings of the country's former Spanish conquerors. Construction of the country's largest cathedral, the Catedral Metropolitana, took 250 years. The lower section is quite plain but the upper section is of Baroque and Neo-...

While traveling to Mexico City, we saw parks, street vendors, museums, historic places, restaurants, Teotihuacan pyramids, dogs, the Metro, lots of art, and much more. Some of the restaurants we tried included: Casa Virginia, Lalo!, Los Danzantes, Restaurante Oaxaca en Mexico, Contramar, and others. We got around mostly by Uber, lots of walking, and the Metro (subway). Mexico City is a vibrant and very cosmopolitan city. While most "gringos" fear that Mexico City is dangerous and dirty, it is quite the opposite. The city seemed very safe and clean. The parks and walkable neighborhoods are terrific. There are countless coffee shops, restaurants, boutique stores, galleries, museums, and more. We stayed at a fantastic little bed and breakfast called The Red Tree House located in the La Cond...

What a perfect web you weave.
Placed to cloud my eyes.
I wipe away awkward silences with longing words.
In the end there will be words crashing and knees bowing.
Now numb the consequences and repent.
Scream with the sound of a thousand nails being driven through your palms.
Oh Lord, behold my imperfections.
I long to see the day when I kneel before you with a servants heart.
Humilty recieves what truth preclaims.
In the end there will be words crashing and knees bowing.

Oh Lord, behold my imperfections.
Sustain my heart.
Grant me the heart of a servant.
